Plus, it introduces our kids to two of our favorite things from growing up - trolls and Justin Timberlake.

It focuses on the spirit of giving rather than magic and elves, and is filled with funny and poignant moments. This Netflix film instantly became one of my family's favorite Christmas movies for kids!

It's overall a good Netflix pick for families, but best for older kids because of some adult content. Check it out for movie night with tweens or teens.

Belly laughs ensue as Paddington adjusts to his new life and tries to escape being added to the collection at the Natural History Museum. My family has enjoyed this more than once, and we loved the sequel too!

Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman are memorable as Matilda's ridiculous parents. This is an adaptation of the Roald Dahl book, which my kids also enjoyed.
