Does your family wear shoes in the house?

The outdoor shoes' trip ends in the kitchen! and no stepping on carpet with shoes on! these are the two shoes' rules in our house! Even the dog knows to clean her paws before she is welcomed in the living room!

Where do you seek most parenting advice?

Books and parenting websites were our guides when we started our journey into parenthood. But some of the best tips and advices we had were from other parents!

What's your child's favorite way to read?

We do a mix of paper book and audiobook when we are in the car; My favorite moment is when my son read books for his sister as they sit together on their little floor cushions!

Parents, how do you keep your family's activities organized?

We are just starting to experience an overwhelming with kids activities. So far its just a reminder on my phone or a note on the fridge! However, recently I am struggling with remembering everything and few times I found myself double scheduling kids activities and playdates! So an S.O.S app organization Calendar is much needed

What is your favorite kid-friendly feature in your vehicle?

This so funny I was the same, I was sure that I will never drive a mini van until I tried one and just loved it. I love that the sliding doors are stress free from keep watching the kids when opening the back doors and always be afraid from bumping the side of the car near by. However, I can't deny that keyless feature is just AWESOME, no more wasting time trying to look for the key especially after a shopping trip with kids.

What is the ideal car for your family?

Couldn't agree more with 3 kids still in full size car seats, a mini-van is the way to go and the extra space is so nice for when taking road trips. We thought we don't really need a mini-van, until we used one and experienced the difference! Their is no going back now!!

What is your favorite thing to do when your child is napping?

I used to mainly use nap time to catch up on chores and get things organized. However, these days, quiet and free time seems to be a rare occurring occasion. So I often find myself either catching up on emails and work or taking half an hour to strictly enjoy quiet and a much needed WARM cup of coffee... even if laundry is going to take double time when the kids are "helping", this mama is so much in need for her quiet peaceful time to recharge

What's the ideal pet for young kids?

We have a dog and the kids love her! She brightens up their day and they love to take her out for walks and run after her. I pray that my kids never ever ever ask for hamster or rat I will not be able to co-excist in the same space!! I always avoid passing them in the pet store :(

What type of baby carrier worked best for you?

Structured carriers for us! however I wish I had a wrap carrier if seems to be so easy to transport not as much bulky in the diaper bag and easier to wear.

Which type of bottle did your baby like best?

Dr. Browns did not work for us, it was recommended by several families but my baby didn't take it. He only took Nuk Simply Natural he didn't even fight it, it was so smooth since the first try!

We tried phew diaper rash cream, but Aquaphor always worked like magic for my kids sensitive skin! if I miss to apply it once redness will start to sneak in. We also like Sudocrem.

Does your family like to go camping?

No outside camping for me! I think it will definitely leave it to be a bonding event between kids and dad! I would hate to interfere in their special time... :)

If you named your baby before birth, did you share the name?

The first time we shared the name as we were very excited but we quickly learned to keep it to ourselves as some people were a little too honest with their opinions so didn't share when we were expecting the second time and by the third time we shared the name but only with close family!

How long did your baby or toddler rear face?

My daughter was 2.5 when she stopped rare facing, however my son stopped by 22 month old it was a drama every time we had to go in the car seat: he used to put his feet against the seat and arches his back up so that I cant buckle him! I had to always leave the house 15 min early to allow for extra time for the car seat negotiations! To be honest, I do not miss those days!

If your children's birthdays are close together, do they share a party?

We like to give each child its own time to celebrate so we don't share birthdays. And sometimes birthday party is replaced by a special outing. We leave the decision to the kids, after all it's their day and their choice on how to celebrate it.

How often do you go out for a date night?

It's a home date night for us! I do miss going out, but with 3 three kids and a 5 month old baby I can't get myself to trust leaving them with a sitter; I think there is another year at least of home date nights.
