What is your favorite feature in a park?

I added restroom facilities because with a 5 year old girl and a potty-training 2 year old, it seems every single time we get to the park someone needs the bathroom within about 15 minutes! A nice park with nearby bathrooms would be this mother's dream come true :)

How awesome it would be if there was a park that has all these amazing structures listed above?!!! I think a splash pad is always a good idea, especially during summer days its nice for the kids to play while cooling off.
