Kristy Pepping said:  For those who love heated yoga, Corepower is a great option at home. Although you don't have access to their traditional brick and mortar heated studios, you'll still get the same great workouts. There are 30 or 60-minutes sessions with a variety of trainers. If you are looking for weight-training, I highly recommend Yoga Sculpt which uses light hand weights. You won't need a ton of room for the exercises either so this makes this program ideal for small spaces. And if you don't have a yoga mat, a large towel would work fine.
