    Sue Krawitz Tandoc said:  My kids have so much fun (and laughs!) doing the hula hoop to see how long they can keep it going and see who can keep it going the longest. Also, there are many fun games to play with the hoop (ring toss, hoop jump, hoop-scotch and more!) for the perfect outdoor summer activity. As a bonus hula hoops can be purchased at most dollar stores.

Whether it be on your trampoline or the lawn, solid gymnastics skills (i.e., headstands, handstands, flips, bridges) can take weeks to fully perfect. And, it's a great outdoor backyard activity for kids! Supervision recommended. ;)
