    Super Mario Bros

Alexandra F. said:  Everyone's favorite video game brothers have plenty of friends for a family Halloween costume for groups of all sizes. Start with Mario and/or Luigi, and add on Princess Peach, Toad, Yoshi, Bowser, etc.

    The Flintstones

Alexandra F. said:  This famous, prehistoric cartoon family has inspired plenty of awesome family Halloween costumes over the years, and even some pretty epic props! I think it would be fun for two families to get together and do the Flinstones meet the Jetsons.

    Wizard of Oz

Kristin Moran Staley said:  Follow the yellow brick road! We have the Wicked Witch and her baby Scarecrow, baby Dorothy, Tin Man, baby Lion, the Lollipop Guild and Glinda the good witch.

    A League of Their Own

Sarah Calamita said:  This year we are doing A League of Their Own - Jimmy and Dotty. Rey to Z has these adorable red baseball caps you can personalize with the letter of their first name.

    The Little Mermaid

Sarah Calamita said:  Disney Sibling Matches are so fun - we chose Ariel and Sebastian from the Little Mermaid.

    Toy Story

Sarah Calamita said:  Toy Story characters - there are a ton to choose from. We picked Woody and Jessie and decorated their scooters to match.

    The Incredibles

Alexandra F. said:  This was probably the easiest family Halloween costume we ever pulled off, but definitely one of my favorites. Since The Incredibles is still a pretty popular Disney movie, it was a cinch to find matching costumes fairly inexpensively (we were even able to borrow a couple).

    Ant(s) at a Picnic

Alexandra F. said:  We DIYed this family costume idea about an hour before we went trick-or-treating, and it was a huge hit. Our little guy wanted to dress up as an ant that year and at last minute, my husband decided to dress up as a picnic table to match him. We taped an old table cloth, toy food and some empty food/drink containers on a large piece of cardboard, and he hung it around his neck with a ribbon. Everyone loved it!

    Princess and the Pea

Sarah Calamita said:  Princess and the Pea is a great option for newborns!

    Minions

Katie G. said:  Since there are about 100 different Minions, this is a really easy one for the family to pull off no matter how many kids you have. Mom and Dad can dress as Gru and Lucy while the kids all dress as different minions. From House Mix

    101 Dalmatians

Mary Oldfield said:  You can easily get the costumes from Amazon if you do not have time to do it yourself.

    Addams Family

    The Jetsons

Alexandra F. said:  The most famous cartoon family from the future is always a fun family Halloween costume! And if you don’t already have someone to dress up as Rosie the robot, you can always make one out of cardboard boxes! From High Heels to Sneakers

    Pumpkin Patch

Alexandra F. said:  This is a perfect family costume idea when you have babies or younger kids, as those adorable pumpkin onesies and baby costumes are everywhere come fall! Plus, it's easy to bundle up for cooler weather.

    Avengers

Alexandra F. said:  Plenty of family costume ideas to choose from in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, including Thor, Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America, Black Widow, Captain Marvel and more. These are some of our favorite movies to watch with our older kids, too, which makes it especially fun.
