Yosemite National Park
Shila said: Yosemite National Park is one of the best national parks in the USA, known for its stunning valleys that invite you to marvel up at magnificently-created granite domes and mountain cliffs. If you bring your binoculars, you're bound to spot a rock climber or two! Families love to camp at Yosemite, whether it be in a tent, a cabin, or at one of the many historic and luxurious lodges with fine dining and swimming pools. Things to do in Yosemite also include many year-round activities beyond the warm summer, such as ice skating, snow tubing, and skiing in the winter.
On the southern end, check out Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias. (Take a shuttle!) Kids will be amazed to see some of the world's largest trees, featuring more than 500 mature giant sequoias including a 3,000-year-old one named Grizzly Giant.

Alexandra said: We visited both Arches and Zion on a recent family road trip and though both were breathtaking, I think Arches may have been our favorite. Our youngest was five at the time, and we weren’t sure how much we could (safely) do with him, since he loves climbing and jumping on anything be sees.
Yellowstone National Park
Shila said: Yellowstone is our nation's first national park, and it remains today as one of the best national parks USA could have asked for! The land sits atop a unique hydrothermal and geologic landscape that's also home to a collection of geysers and intricate hot springs.
Our favorite things to do in Yellowstone include enjoying these natural wonders, including the most famous geyser, Old Faithful, and observing an abundant amount of wildlife such as bears, bison, and elk. Most families take advantage of in-park camping, including lodges with modern dining halls, top-notch amenities, and sweeping scenic views such as that from Old Faithful Inn, located adjacent to the iconic geyser featuring prime seating opportunities to witness its ~24/7 hourly eruptions.
